We work alongside the people shaping the house — architects, GCs, designers, the owner — from rough-in through punch list. The system is invisible by design: keypads instead of switch banks, speakers in the ceiling not on the shelf, the rack in the closet looking like furniture.

New construction
Coordinated from rough-in. We attend the same site meetings as the GC, work to the architect's drawings, and leave the framers a labeled cable plan.

Renovation
Retrofit through finished walls without redoing the drywall. We use existing chases, fish where we have to, and patch like a finish carpenter.

Service & support
An owner-managed home runs better when one practice owns it across years. We stay on call, monitor remotely, and push updates before they become problems.
